I guess we don’t have a conundrum after all.

Remember that conundrum I mentioned in my Howdygram post yesterday afternoon? We’ve decided not to lose any sleep about the two shingles we found in our back yard because this morning when Sam went to the supermarket he saw a pile of loose roof shingles in the middle of Northwest Drive about two blocks from our house, so he figures they all went flying off a truck during Friday’s big-ass thunderstorm or maybe blew away from a construction site somewhere in the neighborhood.

For your possible interest the map below indicates: A) Howdygram headquarters; and B) the location of the aforementioned pile of roof shingles on Northwest Drive.

Thought y’all might like to see how our disgraced 43rd President and Dallas resident George Bush is doing these days. Judging from the following photo taken yesterday at the Baylor/SMU game in Waco, “Dubya” looks old, creepy, stupid as hell and just as obnoxious as ever. Fortunately for everybody he’s been virtually INVISIBLE here in north Texas for the last six years. He doesn’t make speeches, he doesn’t talk to the press and he makes zero public appearances. (I wonder who gave him permission to go to a football game.)
