Weather.com. For now our daytime temperatures are “mild,” but that’s using general standards for March weather in North America. For Texas, this is awfully goddamn COLD.
For instance, please check out the forecast for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. This actually looks more like typical Texas weather for Christmas,
not March, because our daytime temperatures are usually in the mid-70s by now.

Today promises to be quite a major hoo-hah in the Trump Crime Family scandal! The Asshole-in-Chief’s former personal attorney and long-time “fixer” Michael Cohen will appear before the House Oversight Committee beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern time. I’ve read a number of excellent articles explaining what we can expect to hear … testimony (with physical evidence) that “outs” Trump as a con man, a cheat, a Russian asset and a crime family boss who’s guilty of tax fraud, wire fraud, bank fraud, bribery, money laundering, witness tampering, obstruction of justice, election fraud … and
conspiracy against the United States in league with a foreign adversary.
HOLY MOTHER OF CRAP. If you don’t have enough popcorn in the house you should probably haul ass over to Wal-Mart
right now!
The Howdygram highly recommends watching today’s events on C-SPAN because there will be no commercials … just juicy
nonstop testimony! I set our DVR to record the whole shebang in case we have to stop occasionally for meals, toilet breaks and (in my case) a quick mid-week bathing and hygiene session with Leticia this morning at 10:30.
There’s so damn much excitement today I almost can’t stand it.
Show of hands … did you watch the spellbinding Senate Watergate hearings on TV back in 1973? I was addicted to it and read the book
All the President’s Men by Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward as soon as it was released in 1974. Believe it or not, I finished it just two days before Nixon resigned from office!
