Coming soon ... luggage tags, checkbook covers, passport holders and waterproof travel cases with zippers.

Good morning from Howdygram headquarters, y’all. It’s 11:45 a.m., Sam’s napping in the family room and I’m pleased to announce that I FEEL EXCELLENT TODAY! I don’t know why or how come, but I’ll take what I can get. And to celebrate I think I’ll buy myself a cheap yet inspiring collection of digital backgrounds from Maybe even two. And here they are! I bought a collection of 16 ADORABLE ANIMAL PRINT background patterns and a collection of 10 GENUINE FUR backgrounds. All of these patterns are “seamless,” which means you can tile them in any direction to make one gigantic hunk of fur that’s as big as a house. I can’t begin to tell you how often I’ve needed something exactly like this. Wow, right?

Today I want to devote as much time as possible to creating new products for The Howdygram Store on Zazzle. This will include a variety of essential and really cute accessories, such as luggage tags, checkbook covers, passport holders and waterproof travel cases with zippers. You know, for carrying around teeny whatnots and toiletry thingies. And a lot of these items will coordinate with my custom iPhone cases, so neurotics (like me) can buy everything to match.

First, however, I need a big nap.

In case you’re interested, guys, it took FIVE HOURS to design 28 custom checkbook covers for The Howdygram Store. They’re all gorgeous, of course, but it involved a shitload of detail and graphic manipulation, plus I eventually figured out that a number of my iPhone cases couldn’t be transferred to checkbook covers at all because the proportions were out of whack. However, after I upload all the artwork to Zazzle tomorrow and create my mock-ups I’ll show off some of my creations in the Howdygram. In the meantime please enjoy the following EXCITING FREE FONTS, okay? Download links appear after the graphic so you can add them to your own collection or give them to your relatives. (These are all Kosher for Passover.)

Can he sink any lower? During a rally in Pittsburgh on Wednesday Donald Trump decided to pander to a crowd of fired-up Pennsylvanians with a horrifying gaffe: “I know a lot about Pennsylvania, and it’s great. How’s Joe Paterno? We gonna bring that back? Right? How about that whole deal?”
It’s really too bad Trump doesn’t run these ideas past his campaign staff, because Joe Paterno died in 2012 shortly after retiring from Penn State in the wake of a “yooge” scandal involving football coach Jerry Sandusky raping little boys. Shortly thereafter a statue of Paterno was hauled away from outside the Penn State football stadium following reports that he helped hide allegations of Sandusky's crimes. But of course Donald Trump wouldn’t remember this, right? It’s too politically correct.

As always, thank you for reading this.
