There’s no way I’ll ever be able to fly again. (I’m not too thrilled about cars, either.)

Hi, people. We’re winding down a surprisingly pleasant, productive and thoroughly enjoyable Sunday afternoon at Howdygram headquarters that included all of the following activities: 1) four substantial loads of laundry; 2) a sock-folding party; 3) unpacking, admiring and putting away the contents of six deliveries from Amazon and Wal-Mart; 4) a large bowl of Marcy’s Famous One-Pot Asian Food Feast for Senior Citizens; and 5) a swell afternoon nap that lasted THREE GLORIOUS HOURS. And it’s 75° here.

On tap for Sunday night? There’s a Cowboys/Giants game at 7:30 on NBC if we can stand three hours of commotion, hoo-hah and beer commercials.
We do have a few other options, however. Our new Roger Corman DVD Collection of Shitty Sci-Fi Classics arrived yesterday or we can watch a Columbo rerun with pizza and a large basket of freshly-laundered underwear. Pizza is definitely the best part.

Sam booked his flights a little while ago for a trip to southern California in February. This time he gets to stop off in Phoenix for a couple of days to visit his brother and sister-in-law (they relocated last summer) and then he’ll spend a week in the Los Angeles/North Hollywood area with his mom and assorted other relations. I’d go with him if I could but there’s no way I’ll ever be able to fly again. (I’m not too thrilled about cars, either.)

Thank you for reading this.
